Pastor Frank Santora

Pastor Frank Santora is a graduate of Rutgers University, with a BS in Accounting and Business. During his sophomore year of college God began to impress upon him to fulfill the call to ministry that had been burning in his heart since the age of 14. However, business school commitments were staring him in the face and some uncertainty began to creep into his head. Faced with this struggle between the head and the heart, God supernaturally confirmed this call at a Sunday evening service at his home church, Abundant Life. A guest evangelist was speaking and called for those to come forward who wanted prayer. Pastor Frank felt a tugging to respond and so he did. When the evangelist laid hands on him, she spoke to him a word of knowledge. She said, "You are wondering whether or not you are called into ministry full time. God sent me to confirm to you that you are." Having already had this witness from the Spirit in his spirit, Pastor Frank received this confirmation and has never looked back.

God began to provide opportunity and ministry training to prepare him for what was in store. He began as a youth leader at Abundant Life under the direction of Pastor Chris Fraley, a wonderful man of God. At age 19, Pastor Chris honored him with the privilege of preaching a Sunday night service. The message was entitled, "Grace and Gullibility, Perfect Together." As Pastor Frank ministered the Spirit of God witnessed to him that preaching and teaching God's people was his life's purpose. Shortly thereafter, Pastor Frank was sent by his uncle, John Sommese, to Kenneth Hagin's, Winter Bible Seminar. Pastor Frank thought he was simply going out to Rhema to be built up in the word during the conference, however, God had other plans. On the plane to Tulsa, Pastor Frank met another wonderful man of God, Pastor Anthony Storino. This meeting proved to be a divinely orchestrated event. As it turned out, Pastor Frank began attending Pastor Anthony's church (Abundant Grace Fellowship in Toms River, NJ). He served there as a young adult singles minister and taught Bible studies.

Two years went by, and Pastor's fiance at the time, Lisa DuBois, found out that her father's company was relocating to Stamford, Connecticut and that her family would be moving to nearby Danbury. Lisa moved with her family while Pastor Frank and Lisa planned their wedding, traveling two hours each weekend to visit with one another. Meanwhile, Lisa had begun working at New Hope Christian Academy, a ministry of Faith Church, as a second grade teacher. Because Pastor was often in the area on Sunday, he attended Faith Church on occasion. Pastor Frank was invited to preach on a Friday evening and shortly thereafter, was asked to become an assistant Pastor at Faith Church. This was definitely a wrench in the plans of Pastor Frank and Lisa. They had already made plans to live in New Jersey and had put a down payment on a house that was under construction. Lisa had secured a job as a head teacher at a Day Care center and Pastor Frank was working for an accounting firm. The offer just didn't seem to fit into their plans. However, God began to speak to their hearts. For 3 months straight, Pastor Frank was awaked by the witness of the Holy Spirit saying: "It is time to begin to fulfill the full time call to ministry." After much time in prayer, Pastor Frank and Lisa decided to leave their new home and well-paying jobs to serve the Lord as Assistant Pastors at Faith Church. For 4 years Pastor Frank served in that capacity and learned the vision and heartbeat of the ministry. Then in Nov. of 1997, Pastor Frank was appointed as Senior Pastor. Shortly thereafter, Pastor Anthony Storino ordained Pastor Frank at the dedication of our new Sanctuary.

We are overjoyed that God has ordered the steps of Pastor Frank and Lisa to us, and also to their children Nicole and Joesph. He is an ordained minister with RHEMA Bible Training Center and a dynamic preacher and teacher of the Word of God, purposing to unfold the whole counsel of God's word. Some of the subjects he has taught on are: Faith, Marriage and Family, Covenant, The Tithe, Judgment, the Gifts of the Spirit, the Armor of God, the Potter-Clay Relationship, God's Voice, Praise and Worship, Life's Battles, and much, much more. If you are looking for a Bible-based church with a Pastor that preaches the Word of God, come and fellowship with us at Faith Church.
